Social Media as Technologies of Accountability - Explaining Resistance t...

Unbelievable! I found this video  presentation right after I have finished writing the report about my first consulting project on communication technologies for a virtual community of practice. The client's intranet or an internal site was in existence for more than a year and the traffic is very slow. I was engaged to find out what improvements could be done on the site. There are reasons related to the type of technology that the client employs (Sharepoint 2007), accessibility and design issues, but I suspect there are also other reasons, listed by Jeffrey Treem at his presentation:
